Eric Axelbaum, Education Specialist

Undergraduate: B.S. Finance, University of Colorado, Boulder

 

Qualifications: Mr. Axelbaum is uniquely qualified to develop curriculum for elementary school students. Over the last two years for Little Medical School, he has been responsible for creating, editing, and revising medical and science curriculum for children. In addition, he has spearheaded new workbooks, worksheets, games, videos, and events. Before this, he spent 19 years teaching second grade at an independent school in Saint Louis, Missouri. He personally created the majority of the coursework he taught during this time. His priority is crafting curriculum that is hands-on, interactive, relevant, practical, and fun.  Eric has also written and illustrated four children’s books. In 2008, he won the prestigious ISACS Teacher of Distinction award for excellence in teaching.
